Piper Perabo
Piper Perabo has been nominated for a
Golden Globe as a stage as well as a TV and film actor. Her birthplace was in
Dallas, Texas and raised in New Jersey. In 2000 she was cast in a starring role
in Coyote Ugly. Since then she has been seen in such films as Christopher
Nolan's "The Prestige" featuring Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale,
"Because I Said So" with Diane Keaton and "First Snow" with
Guy Pearce, "Cheaper by the Dozen" films with Steve Martin,
"Imagine Me &"Imagine Me & You" featuring Lena Heady
and Matthew Goode and the crime drama "10th & Wolf" with an
ensemble cast which included James Marsden and Dennis Hopper. She was a star
alongside Bruce Willis (with Joseph Gordon Levitt), Emily Blunt as well as Jeff
Daniels in Rian John's sci-fi action film "Looper". In television
Perabo appeared as Annie Walker in all 5 seasons of USA Network's spy drama
"Covert Affairs." In the following seasons, Perabo was a star as
Annie Walker in USA Network's spy drama "Covert Affairs." You can
also stream "Turn Up Charlie" on Netflix with IdrisElba. Perabo also
made her Broadway debut in Neil LaBute’s controversial play "Reasons to be
Pretty" and was nominated for the Tony Award for the Best Play. Outside of
her screen and stage, Perabo is also an activist. Perabo is an International
Rescue Committee Voice to help those who are displaced due to persecution, war
or political oppression. Piper lives in Los Angeles and New York City. She
graduated from Toms River (NJ) High School North class of 1994. She was a part
of the four annual musicals she attended during high school. She played Katie
in "Meet Me in St. Louis" her senior year; she was also Cousin Fan in
the musical "Mame" sophomore year. Lady Brighton and Lady Brighton in
"Me and My Girl" freshman year. She was high school president of the
National Honor Society, and as editor of Polaris the school's literary journal.
At the time of her high school graduation, she was a member of the Marinerettes
as a dancer for the field show at football games.
